Someday.....

We all say it, and we all wait.  Wait for the right time, enough money, the right people.  Then, before you know it, someday gets pushed back to some corner in our lives where it never comes to pass. 

What is the "right time"? Will we ever have "enough money" and know all the "right people"? All I do know is that NOW is the only time we have, and I have come to understand that enough money and the right people are simply tools to navigate through NOW. 

So, in light of that profound statement (humor me - I do have a point), NOW is all we have and right now you are here, reading this on my website.  So, you must be in the process of planning a remodel project or smack dab in it.  I believe there are no coincidence's in life therefore, you must be seeking something to help you finish with enough money and the right people.

Wondering if investing in your home is a GOOD idea in this economy?  Well, if you plan to live in your home for more than three years or so, yes.  If not, no.  Pretty simple.  Home is where you go to get away from the nutty world we live in, spend time with family and friends and even quiet time by yourself.  If your home isn't your "happy place" then investing in it is a GOOD thing. 

But....don't spend money on junk, stuff or clutter.  Invest it where you'll live. Kitchen, bathroom, office, study.  Update, renovate but be wise.  Don't go into a lot of debt.  Be a good steward of your resources, time and money.  Spending money vs. investing...your home is worth it!
